REGISTER A NEW PRODUCT
After becoming a member of Palpa, you can register the packages to be recycled in the return system. It is advisable to start the registration in good time before initiating sales. It usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks. Palpa ensures the updating of new products in the reverse vending machines twice a month.
1 MAKE SURE THE CONTAINER FOLLOWS THE DESIGN GUIDELINES OF PALPA

2 LOG IN TO PALPA'S EXTRANET AND FILL IN THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM
Go to Extranet.
3 SEND A MODEL OF A PACKAGE TO PALPA AND THE REVERSE VENDING MACHINE VENDORS FOR TESTING
Go to instructions.
4 YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IN THE SYSTEM
SAME PRODUCT, NEW PACKAGE?
When the shape or size of a plastic bottle or a can changes, the product must usually be re-registered with a new barcode. It is advisable to contact Palpa concerning the package change and verify that the re-registration of the product is necessary.
When the size of a glass bottle changes, but the barcode stays the same, the product is moved to the bottle change category/group for the duration of 12 months. This enables the reverse vending machine to identify both the old and the new package as a deposit product. Before the change, the manufacturer/contract manufacturer/importer must inform Palpa of the change and deliver model bottles to Palpa and the reverse vending machine vendor.
