REGISTER A NEW RETURN LOCATION

New return locations are registered via a registration form in PALPA’s Extranet. A username or password is not required for registration. A business ID is required for registration.

PALPA sends the first batch of return labels and the Extranet account details after the registration application has been approved.

You can change the information of existing return locations in Extranet or send the changes in an e-mail to asiakaspalvelu@palpa.fi.

PALPA EXTRANET

Registering a new return location does not require a username or password. 

There are different user levels for Extranet:

Main user:

  • Updating contact information
  • Reporting the discontinuation of operations
  • Creation of new Extranet users and administering user rights
  • Checking return information (receipt-level return data and receipt status)
  • Checking non-refundable returns and receipts with an error status
  • Complaints on missing manual return or disparity of amount and providing feedback
  • Ordering PALPA stickers
  • Checking previous sticker orders
  • Report of annual return numbers

Account user:

  • Complaints on missing manual return or disparity of amount
  • Checking return information (receipt-level return data and receipt status)
  • Checking non-refundable returns and receipts with an error status
  • Report of annual return numbers

Sticker user:

  • Ordering PALPA stickers
  • Checking previous sticker orders
  • Report of annual return numbers

Viewer:

  • Viewing return information (refunded returns, label orders)
  • Cannot make label orders, complaints or changes to information
  • Report of annual return numbers
