REGISTER AS A RETURN LOCATION

In order to be able to join Palpa’s deposit-refund system, a return location must register with Palpa for the payment of deposit compensations. The registration is made by submitting an online registration application to Palpa. A business ID is required for registration.

Fill in the registration form

Palpa sends an email to the return location after the registration application has been approved. All Extranet users defined for registration will be sent both user name and password via email. The first batch of return labels is also sent to the return location by 1st class post.

PALPA EXTRANET

In Extranet a return location can for example order more Palpa stickers, update contact information, check return information, create new Extranet users and announce the termination of the operation.

Extranet user rights are defined by user roles as follows:

Main user:

  • Updating contact information
  • Reporting the discontinuation of operations
  • Creation of new Extranet users and administering user rights
  • Checking return information (receipt-level return data and receipt status)
  • Complaints on missing manual returns and providing feedback
  • Ordering Palpa stickers and checking previous sticker orders
  • Report of annual return numbers

Account user:

  • Complaints on missing manual returns
  • Checking return information (receipt-level return data and receipt status)
  • Report of annual return numbers

Sticker user:

  • Ordering Palpa stickers and checking previous sticker orders
  • Report of annual return numbers

Viewer:

  • Viewing return information (refunded returns, label orders)
  • Report of annual return numbers
